Who is Jin Shin Do® Bodymind Acupressure® for?
In a word, everyone. Jin Shin Do® Bodymind Acupressure® is relaxation therapy (no needles). I read somewhere that to say you’re stressed out is considered socially acceptable, and I wonder why? By releasing tension regularly you may find you are able to remain present, connected and relaxed, tapping into your own inner wisdom, guidance and inspiration. Jin Shin Do® Bodymind Acupressure® utilizes the deepest flows called Wondrous, or Strange Flows, as well as the meridians that have an overall balancing effect long after the session is over. When your Vital Energy is flowing freely, you have an incredible sense of well-being, connection and perspective of what is so for you. Words cannot impart that feeling. Had my first ever experience with Jin Shin Do and I must say it was great! I had a head and neck release and I was sooo relaxed afterwards I could have napped! Julie explained thoroughly what she will be doing and what to expect. I liked that she asks how much pressure I wanted (I prefer deeper). It was very client centred care! I look forward to my next one.
